If I Were Sven...
Sven has never seen Theo Walcott play yet has still selected him for the world cup. Chris has seen Theo play - does this make him more qualified to be England manager? The question for Chris would be, who would you pick as an England XI out of the players you've seen?
Here's mine: (remember...)

KEVIN PRESSMAN (Leicester)

RIO FERDINAND (Manchester United)

We lost 2-0....both scored by Nicolas Anelka!
Of course, I would amend that line up to include Mike Stowell in goal, Lescott in defence, Bully up front...maybe partnered by Don Goodman? :-)
Almost forgot England vs Czech Republic on November 18th 1998!
Very different team:
Martyn, Keown, Campbell, Butt, R Ferdinand , Le Saux, Beckham, Dion Dublin (!), Ian Wright (!) and Paul Merson (!)
Clearly injury stricken. But we won the game 2-0! :-D
