14 days, 14 hours and 15 minutes till I'm married!

Because people are asking me the same questions over and over again here are the definitive answers...

How are the plans going?
Yes they are getting there slowly, we are currently try to recruit people to help out at the reception washing up/directing cars etc.

Are you excited?
Yes, but not right now – if I was in a constant state of excitement, I think I’d die of an adrenaline overdose.

Where are you going on your honeymoon?
It’s a surprise and I am not telling you. Even Zoe doesn’t know.

What is the dress code?
It’s a wedding! Although if you want to bring a change of clothes for the afternoon that might be wise.

Where are you getting married?
Wedding here!
Reception here!

Where will you live after you are married?

Long Dave Silver

So I wen't to Adair's Pirate Party last night and on the way home I stopped off to refuel at Newport Pagnell services.

I only realised that I still had my pirate name sticker proudly displayed on my t-shirt as I was walking back to the car. D'oh.

“I run as hard as I can. Then, with God's help, I run faster”

This is me running the 2nd mile of the Colworth 5 mile relay at lunchtime today. I really didn't feel as happy as I look here.

Perfect Lack Of Signal

Don't you find people who sell you mobile phones the most irritating people in the world?

I am getting an upgrade on my mobile phone (same number - yipee) but I had to endure a 15 minute phone conversation with Clint, who spent about 5 minutes explaining in depth how the network now had about 99.9% perfect coverage. This was after we had to end the first call because of lack of signal.

P.S. In the picture of a "mobile phone" the guy at the front really isn't putting much effort in is he.

Stag (Grrr) Party

A beautiful and highly random* time was spent celebrating the end of singlehood for Chris Foster, a.k.a. Mr Hat, by climbing up some big hills in Wales. Check out the photos (courtesy of Steve, a.k.a Mr B.B.L.W, and Chris).

What Is That!?

The 2012 Olympic Games Committee have launched their new logo for the 2012 Olympic Games - I thought I could have produced a better one in under 5 minutes and using Comic Sans.

So I did...
